Color Has an Impact on the Choices You Make
I have also included links to colour personality tests that may give you some insight into your own colour associations as well as how you react to different colours.
In addition to what is below on my site Sensational Colour I have three sections that expand upon this information:
Meaning of the Colour Blue
Blue is the overwhelming "favorite colour." Blue is seen as trustworthy, dependable and committed. The colour of sky and the ocean, blue is perceived as a constant in our lives. As the collective colour of the spirit, it invokes rest and can cause the body to produce chemicals that are calming; however not all blues are serene and sedate.Electric or brilliant blues become dynamic and dramatic, an engaging colour that expresses exhilaration. Some shades or the overuse of blue may come across as cold or uncaring. Blue is the least "gender specific" colour, having equal appeal to both men and women.

Colour Tests and Quizzes
Dr. Max Lûscher was among the first to use color to reveal personality or a person's state of mind. The Luescher-Color-Diagnostic measures a person's psycho-physical state, his or her ability to withstand stress, to perform, and to communicate. It uncovers the cause of psychological stress, which can lead to physical symptoms. There are many other fun color test and quizzes available on line. Some seem to be on target others maybe not so much but it can be fun to give them a try and see what they reveal about your colorful personality, ability to see color or recognition of color names or facts.
