Columbus Ga Investment Property
Columbus GA is being looked at as a great place to invest right now. The south as a whole is on the upswing and Columbus in particular has a lot of positive news right now. Fort Benning was the beneficiary of the BRAC military base realignment and we expect a net increase of 30,000 residents because of this. AFLAC is expanding in Columbus and adding about 2000 employees and the KIA Plant is locating in near by LaGrange and many of the spin off businesses are expected to locate in Columbus and the surrounding areas. These all add up to great investment opportunties for rental homes, apartment complexes, commercial properties, and land.

A couple of friends and I have created an Investor Forumfor Georgia where we an others can discuss the opportunities for property investment in our area.
