Although each of the three days you only work with three different exercises to build lean muscle, you don't need to leave your house, and you will feel more drained than you would after working out at the gym.
The next thing I like about the Combat The Fat program was the Diet and Nutrition guide which totally blew my mind. I have never seen such comprehensive facts about diet and I for one thought I knew everything one needed to know about proper nutrition. Boy was I WRONG!

The third part I loved was a chapter on how eating right can also be wrong! In this chapter of the Combat the Fat book, you find out some interesting facts about the proper combination of food that you MUST eat or you could only make things worse.
