5 Must See Comedy Series

I know you many of you may want to crucify me for parking this one in the back, but it's even here for your benefit. I also tried limiting the number of animated series included.

I think all of us have caught an episode of South Park once, or twice in our life at least. Don't tell me you missed the episode with the infamous World of Warcraft player killing everyone in the game. Well get out from under your rock!
We all know the characters, we all know the dirty language they use, and we all know this series inspires many laughs. Just go watch another episode to bring yourself up to speed.

I still remember the pilot episode of this 9 years ago in 2000. This series was a turning point in animated comedy, and family guy has nothing on this.

For those unfamiliar with this series. It takes place in the year 3000, after a pizza delivery boy, Fry, finds himself encased in a cryogenic freezer. He awakens in the future, greeted be a cyclops, Leila. They end up working under a senile coot as delivery boys transporting cargo from one part of the universe to another. It has plenty of comedy, and also romance, making it a keen choice for any couple looking for a relaxing series. Also a good choice for anyone who's wondered what it's like to accidentally be cryogenically frozen and live in the future.

Have you ever gone to a movie theater, tried enjoying it with your girlfriend only to have a couple guys behind you kicking your chair, and shouting at the screen? Well now you can have that experience from home!

This series consists of a man lost in space, stuck on a satellite of robots. He's forced to watch bad movies with Tom Robo, and Crow. In the process they rip on the atrocious movies for your viewing pleasure. See all the bad movies you thought you never would, and still have fun with it.

This series is a must-see, like any other in this list, but especially so. It has an eccentric cast of characters always keeping the show fresh. It's one of those comedies which you usually walk away from a little bit wiser. Always a great series to get comfy with your honey to.

It follows a doctor, JD, through his years as a doctor, and empathizing with his companions. The show has a nice soundtrack featuring artists such as Colin Hay, Lazlo Bane, and Eels, as well as many others. It's difficult to describe the uniqueness of this series. Turn off Grey's Anatomy for a night, and try out Scrubs, you sure won't regret it.

Anyone who's lived in the 90's can still recite one quote, or another from this show. Even if you were born in 2006 I'm sure the line "No soup for you" at least rings a bell. This show is one of my favorites due to it's quirky comedy, memorabile characters, and accurate observations of our daily life. I can't imagine someone who has yet to see this series, but if you fall into that category, then go get it now!
