Lensography for Kirsti A. Dyer MD, MS
This is the lensography, or collection of lenses, for lensmaster Kirsti A. Dyer a.k.a. lensmaster Comfortdoc and Griefdoc.
Depending on the situation and the circumstances, I wear a variety of hats, hence the various aliases... Comfortdoc, Griefdoc, Momdoc and Professordoc.
With a background in medicine, an interest in grief, loss and bereavement, current job titles of professor and health educator, a mother of two young daughters now ages 8 and 6, and a former NICU parent, my areas interests are varied and diverse.

A Physician, Health Educator, Grief Educator, Mother, Lensmaster and Nature Lover
Momdoc - This is the identity that I gained in 2000 with the birth of my oldest daughter and reconfirmed with the birth of my youngest in 2002.
Comfortdoc - This is the identity that I took on in 2005, redefining the focus of the grief and loss work to what I really wanted to be doing, providing comfort to those coping with loss.
Professordoc - This is the identity that I attained once I started teaching at the College and Graduate level settings in 2004.
Lensdoc - This is the identity that I attained once I became a Lensmaster on Squidoo in the Summer of 2007.
Greendoc - This is the identity that I took on in the Spring of 2008 with the launch of the My Green Doc Blog and My Green Sac.
Blogdoc - This is the identity that I realized I took on in Summer 2007 when I started writing my first blog.
What is a Lensography?
Lensography Defined
Many lensmasters also include personal information about him or herself, much like a biography.
This definition is a combination of several definitions of lensographies from the original Squidoo Lensographers e.g. (Thefluffanutta, MrLewisSmile and N376 a.k.a. Glen)

Dr. Dyer Joins the Giant Squid 100 Club
In July 2008 Dr. Dyer achieved the coveted Giant Squids 100 or Giant The 100 Club status on Squidoo.In order to qualify for the Giant Squid 100 Club you have to have 100 lenses judged to be high-quality by the Squidoo Team and the Giant Squid Team.

Champions for Charity
In July 2008, Dr. Dyer was invited to become one of the Squidoo Activists, a new Squidoo Group, like the Giant Squids but with a focus on charity work.The Squidoo Activist were developed to unify charity-minded lensmasters to use Squidoo to raise funds for worthy causes.
I am very honored to be a member of this group who's mission is to do good for charity.

Joining the Squids of Unusual Size Lensmasters
I am pleased to report that I have achieved Giant Squids status on Squidoo, joining the elite squad of the best and most prolific lensmasters on Squidoo.I prefer to think of the Giant Squids as Squid Gigantea (in reference to the Sequoia Gigantea Redwoods) or Squids of Unusual Size (SUS's) (in reference to the RUS's Rodents of Unusual size from one of my favorite movies the Princess Bride).
