Underground Comic Books

The greatest Comic Books ever written

Being a comic geek in my youth I will share my favorite comic books in this lense. Ranging from the Dark Knight to Transmetropolitan, the Preacher or Astro City. Everybody should read Comics, here are a few starters.

The new age of underground Comics

With the recent trend towards every big movie company adapting comics it's obvious that there are not only mainstream comics hitting the theatres. Anyways a movie is still a movie and a comic a comic, so there is no reason to pick one side and ignore the other. My favorite Comics are written by Warren Ellis, Garth Ennis or Alex Ross. There used to be a lot more Comics that I read, but those are the ones that survived my youth and are still standing in my personal library.

Alex Ross - One of the greatest Comic Artists ever

Alex Ross has been one of my favorite comic book artists for years. He has a very distinct, photoralistic look. All of his comics are great and can be recommended due to them being so beautiful artworks that you would love to have big prints or paintings from him covering your walls.
