After passing the first interview the next step was an interview with one of the founders of the company. I knew it had been a complete waste of my time when at the end I asked if she had any concerns and the response was "Sometimes people from the corporate world have baggage" Hello - you know I had spent alot of time in the corporate world from my resume. If you don't like people with a corporate background why waste their time even interviewing them in the first place. Most of the questions at the second interview were behavioral. Here is what was asked:

Hastings Mutual Insurance Company Interview Questions
These questions were asked when I interviewed for an Application Development Supervisor posiiton.
Unfortunately I did not write the questions down immediately after the interview and this is what I could recall 6 weeks later. There were more questions. I met initially with the HR person for about 20 minutes, with the hiring Manager for about an hour, then I spent an hour taking the Caliper test.
Questions from the HR person:
What are your salary expectations?
What was the name of your last supervisor?
What were some of the challenges of your last position?
Questions from the Hiring Manager:
What was the best project you have worked on?
How about a project that you would do differently?
What do you think about insurance?
At the end of the interview they had me take a Caliper test which is a personality test that you take online. I had never heard of anything like this being part of an interview. It took me about one hour and you answer about 500 multiple choice questions. It felt like I was answering the same questions over and over and over.

These are few of the questions I was asked for interviewing for an IT position with the University of Michigan (U of M) in Ann Arbor.
1. Describe your ideal job (this can be a trick question. Since it was a management level position I assumed the person in the position would be managing a team.
