This Online diet plan is a little different than the others.

It is an ebook, written by a mom for busy moms. Holly Rigsby ~ the author is a certified personal trainer, and she has designed this plan to be flexible enough for any busy mom.

The plan includes all the exercises you need ~ and great explanations and images on how to do them. What's great about this plan is the exercise is limited to 90 minutes PER WEEK, and you can arrange the times in a number of ways to fit your schedule.

The eating plan is well rounded and nutritious, focusing on 6 small meals a day consisting of protein and produce and of course some carbohydrates.

Nothing is off limits on this diet, you are encouraged to have some "cheat meals" built into your week. Which is great for those of use who have these insane ice cream cravings! ;)

She has added many bonuses to the ebook that help get you started quick and provide extra information and support.

There is also an active, friendly and supportive community you can join to help you stay motivated, answer questions and meet other moms who are getting fit and yummy like you.
