- I love to compost! Starbucks grounds for your garden are one of my favorite. They will give you what they have even if there not out in the can, you just have to ask. I also love to compost my shredded paper.

- I used to compost and didn't have any rat encounters. I wonder if you sprinkled a little lime inside the bin if it would discourage rats.
It is quite satisfying to get the output from the compost bin to pep up my garden. It's the best.

- Compost is so great for improving garden soils. Throwing away that which can be composted is such a waste. Thanks for pointing out how easy it can be and all of the benefits of composting! Blessed by a SquidAngel

- We compost the basics. We're very excited about the prospect of our town doing roadside composting which would mean even more material we could compost instead of sending to the landfill.

- We compost at home but don't have a fancy composter like you. We do it the old fashion way which is digging a whole. I like yours better. Everyone hates going to take the garbage out around here. I would be so grateful if we had one of those.
