- MacGillivray's Scottish Gifts - my own site, but it targets people specifically looking for Scottish gifts. We despatch products round the world - sometimes to folks who have emigrated to a new country; othertimes because people are looking for gifts for Scottish friends.

- Here is a link to another site of mine which specifically targets people looking for hotel and motel accommodation in Florida. That's a niche! It could be broken down into smaller segments - and that is something I am considering doing.

- Congrats on a well written lens. A good niche is not hard to find but working it and not jumping all over the shop is harder to do. You only need one good lens to make it happen for you.

- It's very advisable to start out in a niche market when putting up a business because specializing on a specific product line makes your online store simpler and, thus, easier to manage. - Great Lens with lots of valuable information. But I must mention that I apart from building a good enough store, we all need a bunch of good and dedicated employees. I have gained a lot using one of the Recruitment Software The software assists the HR manager as a personal secretary and helps to arrive at the decisions very easily and logically.
