Consciousness and Dogs

In 2005 I came across the book "Power vs Force" by Dr David R Hawkins MD Phd. It contains Dr Hawkins' Map of Consciousness® which, using consciousness research and muscle testing, Dr Hawkins has calibrated the levels of consciousness of life- from bacteria at 1 to the Christ Consciousness at 1000. Another defining characteristic of the map of consciousness is that at level 200, consciousness becomes benign, and supportive of life vs destructive of it. A couple of examples on the map, for instance, are anger at 150, and courage at 200. Courage demarcates the level of integrity and the beginnings of attachment love in the entity. Anything that calibrates over the line of courage is a positive aspect of life.

Family dogs calibrate at about 240 on the map of consciousness, which over the level of courage, and heading towards trust, and neutrality. They are well capable of expressing love for their owners, and surprisingly, the wagging tail of the dog calibrates at 500 on the Map of Consciousness®, which is the level of love itself.
