Before deciding on your next getaway, consider African holidays as an option. If the thought of spectacular scenery, adrenalin-packed activities, and magnificent game viewing excites you, then Africa is the perfect place for you to go on holiday.

Africa is an excellent place to go on holiday because, regardless of when your break is, you can enjoy dry weather conditions in winter as well as summer. If your break is around July (winter in the southern hemisphere) but you do not want to be in the rain, then travel to areas such as Gauteng or Mozambique which typically have summer rainfall. Likewise, if your holiday is in December (summer in the southern hemisphere) and you want to spend your time on the beach, then go somewhere like Cape Town in South Africa where the days are long and pleasantly warm.
