Finding Consistent Workers

Tom: Alright, consistency is the key to success in Network Marketing; you have to find people who have that drive and consistency.

No matter what time of the year it is they will be successful all the way through. How do you find those consistent people.

It's easy to find heaps of people who are excited and want to jump but they will work for 2 weeks flat out and they will just drop off and you will never hear of them again.

Suzanne: You've got to make it clear to people in the very beginning you have got to look them right in the eye and say I am very serious about creating my own financial freedom and I'm looking for people who are really serious.

If you want to partner up with me, I need you to be really serious a long with me, I'm not asking you to spend more time, money or energy than you can comfortable afford but you need to commit to me.

You will spend a bare minimum of 1 hour a week of doing something constructive and positive to building your business and bringing it forward.

Say I'm really serious about this, look them right in the eye and get them to commit and if there not willing to commit to a minimum of an hour a week, whatever the dollar amount is that your starting with, whatever it takes for that company, then they are not going to be good investment partners.

They do have to commit and if they commit to 15 minutes a day they will get there a lot faster, so you have to keep reminding them.

I'm sorry I thought you said you wanted to have financial freedom are you interested in that. If they say yes you say I haven't seen any activity from you.

What have you been doing to carry this business forward, what can I do, how can I help you, do I need to motivate you, would you like me to talk to somebody on your behalf, or a 3-way call or 3-way meeting in person or would you like me to go to a networking group with you, etc.

Teach your down-line to always have a strong signature

Tom: So you're always teaching in your investors and down-line to always have that strong signature all the way through.

Suzanne: Absolutely and you say I'm willing to share, if I create more sales than the company requires, I will share those excess bills because I'm in companies where you get a match on those personally sponsored.

I can easily sponsor 100 but I share it with my team so they are very faithful and loyal to me when I bring out a new company they join me.

I don't bring out a company lightly; I investigate it very thoroughly making sure the majority of these investors can become successful.

They trust me, I can't be successful unless I help you become successful, so I'm looking for people who will do their part and I can do my part, it's a team effort.

If you can't meet this minimum requirement and team effort that is necessary to be successful then I wouldn't consider you an investment partner.

Obviously, would you be willing to do business with somebody who says well I may show up and I may not.

Tom: Yeah you don't want half hearted people.

Suzanne: No, and it's not like you have to go around like traditional network marketers who are desperate to sign people up.

That doesn't produce people who stay and it becomes frustrating.

You waste a lot of time and energy on people who aren't even serious about it.

I say spend 80% of your time on the people who are really serious and 20% on the people who aren't really serious but they are still there.

Tom: Right, and that's something we teach at Easy Network Marketing Leads on our membership site, is how to filter out those serious people from the people who aren't serious at the same time.

There are some certain barriers that they have to overcome to get to you and I like the fact how you only wait for people to talk to you.

First because the psychology of the whole conversation or the situation completely changes when you get people approaching you wanting help.
