Content Professor - The Best Free Mac & PC Article Rewriter?

Are You a Blogger, Article Writer or SEO Web Content Provider? If so, you know you need a constant flow of good quality articles and blog posts to your sites daily....You'll also know that it's all about creating regular posts and backlinks to keep Google loving your site.
Providing quality information to build them is the bane of the majority of content providers out there.
The past few years has seen the rise of article spinners, article rewriters, call them what you will, but they are simply software that can take an article and generate many others from it.
There are quite a few PC article spinners, but there are very few out there in the Mac Community.
Some are expensive to buy, and the major players have had the ball park to themselves for a while, but the latest Mac article spinning program is free to all (it just has some of its functionality hobbled over the paid for edition) - and it's a web based article spinner, so it can be used by both Mac and PC owners.
So let's have a look at the new kid on the Mac/PC block, Content Professor, the first company to offer article spinning software, that can be used on a mac or a pc, and in one guise it's absolutely free.

Mac and PC Article Spinners- Do They Work Well?

How Poor Spinner Software Can Dumb Everything Down - Just read this 'article' that someone sent to me as 'theirs'. It reeks of cheap article spinning software

Would you pay for this?

Okay, it's own up time. I love writing, and I think the Mac is the creative writers platform. I write all my own stuff.

And I've never wanted anything to do with article spinning software.

I write for a living and I think I write well, so do the 'Internet "Guru's" who hire me to write their articles, ebooks and blog content for them.
A few years ago things were great, I pride myself on being able to write 6-8 quality articles a day in any given voice and on any given subject. Article creation work was constant and ongoing.
Then suddenly things changed, those same customers wanted 10 articles by tomorrow.
Then for 30 of each article reworked differently, again with deadlines of one, two or three days.

Work began to be given out to those people who said they could do it, for pennies on the dollar. Within months the web seemed to be flooded with 'articles' like the one I've posted above, (Rollover Shakespeare, the games up).
The big hitters needed something better.
Enter the Article Spinner......

Can Article Spinning Software For Your Mac or PC Help?

Could a Mac & Pc article rewriter actually deliver good content?

Article spinners simply take existing text, identify the synonyms, and provide you with others to choose from the softwares' database.

And that's where the problems started.
The first generation of Mac article spinners were awful, and some are still out there in use. The real dogs are those on the PC platform, you can still find articles put together with them on blogs; but believe me, if you haven't come across the content seems as though its been put together by a pigeon walking aimlessly across the keyboard.

They were all PC software based (and that meant that any Mac user without an Intel chip was excluded from their use), they were mindnumbingly slow, and they were hogtied by the size of their synonym database.

The one a customer put me onto, and the subject of this lens, is the latest web based offering Content Professor. It's purely web based (my eyes glazed when I first saw it - I use non Intel Macs and here was something I could actually use), it's so new as to be hardly mentioned yet, and it has been built from the ground up for speed and good quality article content.

What's more its free to use from the minute you sign up (there's a paid option that gets more done, quicker, but you can choose that option whenever you wish).
Here's what it looks like when you log in......

A Free Article Writer For Both The Mac and PC? Really?

A web based article spinner, it's Mac and PC friendly and best of all.....IT"S FREE!

Firstly, please ignore the two small tabs to the left of the image - I snapped this image in Omniweb, and captured two open tabs at the same time. Oops.
Ok, back to the screen. As you can see it is not overbusy, and is easy to find your way about on.
I did so, and spun/spon/spinned (whatever) my first ever article without even looking at the manual.
All this from the guy who is known as "Captain Helpdesk" out on the writing circuit.
You simply drop your title and subject matter into the boxes, press 'find synonyms"

and this is what happens......

A "Spin In Progress" Content Professor Page

How it will look on your Mac desktop

All I've done is dropped in that drecky article that I showed you up the page, and walked through the document a word at a time by pressing the tab key. When I made a mistake I moved back by pressing shift tab. Simple Pimple.

The free option allows you to add 5 synonyms per word, and the paid option, should you choose it in the future, allows unlimited changes.
You can choose how many articles you want spun, press 'download articles' and there they are on the desktop.
This is what it did to the Wanna Get Rich 'article' I showed above........

Drum Roll & Cymbal Crash......... Ladies and Gentlemen, Content Professor is a Fully Fledged Web Based Mac and PC Article Spinne

Er....actually, I'm quite impressed! Here is that same article I showed you a few paragraphs ago, after I'd passed it through Content Professor

What do you think?
It's at least readable, which, bearing in mind that I wasn't actually working with a passage from Proust in the first place, I don't think it did too bad at all.
It has spun it to a reading age of nearly ninth grade (14-15 years old) which makes it quick and easy to scan through. And it didn't cost me a bean to do it.
The article took 5 minutes of my time to rework and I could have made 250 unique articles from it had I chosen to at the push of a button (but who would want 250?)

The only downsides were:
1. I had to wait 2 minutes per download as the paid members have priority.
2. I can only do 600 spins a month whereas paid members can do zillions.
3. It costs money to upgrade (but see below).

The Upsides?
1. If I chose to, I can put together groups of articles in double quick time for my clients, and, as long as the stuff going in is good content, the stuff coming out will be totally acceptable.
2. When you dig around inside the members area, it costs only $7.95 a month to gain paid member status.

If I decided to, I can now compete with all those guys in Asia, and hold my head up while I do it, at the same time giving my long term clients exactly what they ask for, without compromising on quality.
Just don't ask me to churn out 250 articles from one start point, I'll never do it.
3 or 4 maybe, but that's all I'll ever need.
If you're a big hitting content provider or user, Content Professor will be right up your street.

Is Content Professor Really A Good Article Rewriter For Your Mac or PC?

It might be free, it might be easy to use, it might even work on my Mac, but would I use Mac article rewriting software from now on?

Well.....
Firstly, you need to know that It worked seamlessly on my G4 Powerbooks running 10.4.11, and Leopard (I'm sticking with my legacy Macs so can't comment on OSX 10.6, but I'll bet it will be fine) - and a test on my standby Toshiba 1.42 Intel laptop with Windows Vista Home proved to be just as efficient.

So what you really need to know is whether Content Professor is worth a spin on your Mac (no pun intended)?

I'm guessing you're probably a writer/content provider, otherwise you wouldn't be searching for an article spinner, and you wouldn't be searching for a spinner if you didn't need a bit of an edge over your competitors. And there are very very few article spinners for a Mac.

Good content gets the links, and a lot of good content gives link juice to die for.
I can see Content Professor becoming a real asset for lots of Mac writers in the months to come.

And me?

I've put my ego to one side, said goodbye to one burger meal a month and took the $7.95 monthly membership option straight off.

Personally, Having used it for more than a week now, I think it's a great tool to have in the box, if I ever need it, but everyone should have access to the free option, it's a no brainer.

Don't forget, you don't have to upgrade and spend that $7.95 if you don't want to, the free option is still a class act.
And I haven't mentioned the bonuses you get (even for free), or the vast PLR library you will have access to.

Press the Professor below this text and at least try it out, and see whether it can make a difference to you, and to your income.

If you are in the internet writing business, if you blog, need website content (and lots of it), you need to at least give Content Professor a try..

Press the Professors box below, and add a real productive tool to your Mac or PC toolkit In less than 3 minutes.

For free.

Save Time and Money with the most innovative webhost out there

I have had four different web hosts. All used cpanel and I had to use FTP file transfer apps to put my blogs and sites up on the web, and I have to admit it was difficult and time consuming. I needed to find a host that took all that weight off me, and allowed me to concentrate on my writing.

After a mornings research I found iPages, and a quick visit to their site convinced me that they had a real edge over the competition.

I signed up with them, and all I do now is input my URL, and their unique setup wizards do the rest, without me having to touch a thing. If I need to check anything out they have 24/7 live chat with a techperson who sorts your problem out on the spot. Fantastic service.

Have a look at their site and see how much time and money you could save by switching hosts to iPage. They're new, they're innovative, and their service is ridiculously good.

Click on the banner to see the benefits they give you when you choose them as your webhost.

Probably The Most Comprehensive Way For A Beginner To Earn Money On The Internet

The Mac Book Pro

Change the way you work forever

A premium laptop that screams class as soon as you take it out of your briefcase and open it up, it has a light, all aluminum body, Glass buttonless trackpad, a backlit screen display to die for, and it's blisteringly quick.
There is hardly any learning curve to it (it's so intuitive Apple don't need to provide a manual), and once you've used the Mac OS you'll never go back to Windows. Believe me....you won't.

But with all this, and the ability to access all your documents on the move, you will have to put up with people staring enviously at you as you sip your latte in your local coffee shop whilst you check your emails.
Especially when that soft touch keypad lights go up as the room lights go down.
It's something to do with that backlit Apple logo on the open lid, people can't take their eyes off it. Something about it just says 'Class'..

Apple MacBook Pro MC700LL/A 13.3-Inch Laptop (OLD VERSION)

Amazon Price: $800.00 (as of 05/30/2012)Buy Now
Used Price: $800.00

I've used Macs for 20 years or more, but all desktops. I figured that a laptop wouldn't have the power to crunch the numbers like a big cased Mac desktop. The iMac is gorgeous - it was nearly the focus of this mini review - but you can't take it on vacation with you, or into the office, or to a meeting.
I could always check my emails on vacation using the hotels pc room, but that was it. If I had an idea for an article, or wanted to get something down, I had to use good old pen and paper and wait till I got home to transcribe it.
Now I can write wherever I want, my Mac travels with me and I'm never out of communication wherever I am in the world and I love that.
And that backlit Apple logo, did I mention that?
If you are thinking of a new laptop, go for this little beauty, and if you are looking for a laptop for your children to take to college, nothing, but nothing, has more street credibility than an Apple Macbook. They'll love you for it.

Intuitive? Could be. Can't argue with that, it's just that Apple Macs have some "issues" of compatibility and stuff like that

    notimetoulouse,

I am glad I read this lens. I love to write and have never considered using an article spinner until now.

I will give it a shot.

If I am not thrilled with using this spinner, then I guess I will just keep doing what I have been doing all this time.

I appreciate you sharing this gold nugget of information.

    Best,
