Resources for Contract Attorney Hiring and Legal Outsourcing
List of some resources for contract attorney hiring and legal outsourcing
Contract Attorney Resources
The rise in contract attorney hiring by law firms in recent years can be attributed to a confluence of factors including increasing global competition, the increasing need to rapidly respond to changing market conditions and caseloads, the explosion of electronic data, and the rise of freelance workers.
Law Firm Legal Staffing
Many law firms have responded to the changing market dynamics by utilizing contract attorneys and other temporary legal professionals, although some firms have been reluctant to use such attorneys. Of course, clients are often ultimately able to persuade firms to use contract attorneys to respond to their cost and efficiency concerns - those firms who are slow to embrace such change may find themselves losing business as a result. Ironically, it is those firms that embrace contract attorneys and legal outsourcing that will likely fare the best in the coming years and decades.
