If you want to control panic attack then I really think you have come to the right place. You see, most people make this process way more complicated than it needs to be. In order to control your panic attack you need to focus on nipping it in the bud before it grows into a giant. Most people struggle with fighting their panic attacks after they already arrive. From my experience prevention was a much more effective means of control panic attack treatment.

The key is to stop it dead in its tracks when you feel the slightest sign of one coming on. Begin taking very slow, deep breaths right when you feel one of those signs. At the very least this will significantly decrease the intensity of your panic attack.

Life is uncertain. It is never going to follow a blueprint. The fact of the matter is that anything truly can happen at any moment. Rather than fighting against it, you must accept.
After all, fighting against uncertainty is fighting against life itself. Do you really think you're going to win that war?
This will take a little time, but once you make peace with uncertainty, you will free yourself from those crippling panic attacks.

This will help you a lot for the above method. Mediation is extremely overlooked when it comes to control panic attack. To be honest, I always thought meditation was always useless until I committed myself to doing it every day.
What meditation does is silence your mind. It gives you control over your thoughts so that you can stop the flow of negativity.
I recommend you meditate for 10-20 minutes each day.
