You Really Should Give This A Try To Control Panic Attacks Fast

If you want to control panic attacks quickly there is a technique that will bring immediate relief to their symptoms. The first thing that you need to know to stop panic attacks is that you must not be afraid of them. There is a completely natural technique that will control anxiety symptoms and it takes only seconds to do. This technique is called the One Move Technique. It was created by an internationally known anxiety disorder researcher. When I saw the method that he developed I knew that I had to tell everyone, because I found it to be so impressive. I have been a sufferer of panic attacks in the past and I know that this technique will help a lot of people. I hope you find the following information helpful.

In Order To Control Panic Attacks

You Must Not Fear Panic Attacks

Although a panic/anxiety attack may be extremely scary to the individual that is having one. To control panic attacks, the person really needs to understand that the panic/anxiety attack is not actually doing them any harm. Knowing this will help them start to control their panic attack symptoms. And this has to be the first step.

A panic or anxiety attack will tend to appear to the person experiencing it to be a random event. And it will not be clear what triggered it. This is because the foundation of the panic/anxiety attack was put in place many hours earlier before any of the symptoms were felt. What this means is that the actions of the person when attack first started probably had very little to do with the current attack. This quite often the case when the individual suffering the attack has the panic/anxiety attack symptoms soon after going to bed. The sufferer of the attack may experience any of the common panic/anxiety attack symptoms. They could include trouble swallowing, tingling sensation, sweating, trouble breathing, nausea, dizziness, heart palpitations, or a feeling of disconnected from reality. The last symptom is probably the most difficult to describe to someone that has never had an attack, and it is also (my opinion) the most frightening. It may cause the person to believe that they are dying and will commonly cause the individual to go to the Emergency Room. It must be understood that this is simply the sympathetic nervous system (the fight or flight response to what the body believe is stress) followed by the parasympathetic nervous system trying to return the body to a normal state of equilibrium. But the worst part is what occurs next. The intense fear that the person having the panic/anxiety attack is feeling, is actually becoming the catalyst that will make the panic/anxiety attack become worse. Some of mine would typically occur while reading the evening paper or watching TV. The typical panic attack would come in 15-20 minute waves, and the fear of it would actually be triggering the next wave.

This is why the only real solution to this is to no longer have a fear of the next panic attack. Any panic/anxiety attack treatment must address this fact in order to work. They emphasize this at the Panic Away web site. This is why I am such a believer in their One Move Technique.

The One Move Technique To Control Panic Attacks

Remember, the main cause of panic/anxiety attacks is the anticipation of a future attack. This anticipation can be either subconscious or conscious. I know that this sounds simple, but just think about it. The reason that you are reading this is to find something to save you from that next panic attack.

As I mentioned before, any treatment to control panic attacks has to deal with the fear of an attack in order for it to be effective, because it is the only way to truly break the cycle of anxiety. This begins with an understanding that a panic attack will not harm you. I know that this is a lot easier said than done, but all of the terrible physical sensations that are felt during a panic/anxiety attack are just perfectly normal physiological responses. The Panic Away site explains this in much more depth. The One Move Technique breaks this cycle forever, and it does it fast. Other types of techniques such as hypnosis, NLP, regressing to the past, deep breathing exercises, or daily affirmation, have only limited success because they don't get to the root of the problem. However, the One Move Technique does get to the root of the problem and it cures it.

Because of the large number of successes and all the people that they have helped, I am really hoping that you CLICK HERE or on the banner below to check out the Panic Away site, and I wish you all the best.

When the sufferer senses a panic/anxiety attack coming on, they often feel the need to get out of their present situation, even though that situation didn’t cause the attack.

Natural panic attack treatments, aside from the lower cost, don’t simply mask the anxiety symptoms. They fix the cause of the problem.

This can mean that to control panic attacks a person must realize that what they were doing when the anxiety attack started probably had nothing to do with the panic attack. This is usually true when the person has their panic episode very soon after they go to bed.

Even though an anxiety/panic episode can be quite a scarey thing to the individual that is suffering the attack, it is crucial that the sufferer realizes that the anxiety/panic attack is actually a harmless event even though the symptoms they are experiencing don't feel that way.

Scans have demonstrated that when people experience extreme anxiety or panic, their brain activity moves from the front of their brain to the region of the mid brain. Therefore, in order to restore yourself to calm you need the brain's mental activity to change back.

Keeping in mind that for the controlling of panic attacks, the treatment must deal with the person's fear of a possible future episode for the treatment to actually work, the anxiety cycle must be permanently broken.

It is thought that approximately 5% of the population experience panic/anxiety symptoms. This number could easily be more if many cases go unreported.
