    In order for a person to achieve this result, the sufferer needs to come to a real knowledge that a anxiety/panic attack will not hurt them.

    When you keep in mind that to control anxiety attacks, a treatment must deal with the individual's fear of a future episode for the treatment to really work, the anxiety cycle must be permanently broken.

    Experiencing an anxiety/panic attack just after going to bed can be extremely disruptive to sleep. But this can be quickly treated.

    When the sufferer senses a panic/anxiety attack coming on, they often feel the need to get out of their present situation, even though that situation didn’t cause the attack.

    Natural panic attack treatments, aside from the lower cost, don’t simply mask the anxiety symptoms. They fix the cause of the problem.

    I have been getting panic attacks for a few years now and Ive never had an attack while going to bed or before going to bed. Ive had my attacks under control for over a year and recently they just started coming back but only when I try to get out of the house and go somewhere, I havent left my house in months because of them..

    This can mean that to control panic attacks a person must realize that what they were doing when the anxiety attack started probably had nothing to do with the panic attack. This is usually true when the person has their panic episode very soon after they go to bed.

    When an anxiety/panic attack occurs, it will usually seem to the victim suffering through the attack that it is a completely random event where the trigger was not clear

    Even though an anxiety/panic episode can be quite a scarey thing to the individual that is suffering the attack, it is crucial that the sufferer realizes that the anxiety/panic attack is actually a harmless event even though the symptoms they are experiencing don't feel that way.

    Scans have demonstrated that when people experience extreme anxiety or panic, their brain activity moves from the front of their brain to the region of the mid brain. Therefore, in order to restore yourself to calm you need the brain's mental activity to change back.
