The Converse Chuck Taylor All Star shoes are comfortable, easy to lace up, decorate and style. These are my favorite shoes and they come in a variety of colors and patterns to suit all people of all styles and tastes.
Converse All Stars have been around for a long time and this retro style is still in fashion. If you browse through the different selections and you'll definately find something perfect for you!

a few words about Converse
In 1913, Converse produced a catalogue with the following words: "Our company was organized in 1908 fully believing that there was an earnest demand from the retail shoe dealer for a rubber shoe company that would be independent enough not to follow every other company in every thing they do." Those words would prove prophetic.
Always a brand for those independent enough not to follow, the young company would take up with a young sport: Basketball. Converse also made tires. But the basketball shoes gained more traction. Over the last century, Converse has paired with legends like Chuck Taylor and Jack Purcell. Along the way it has honoured its heritage of seeing things a little differently, loving people who want to change the world for the better, and basically celebrating the spirit of rebellion and originality in basketball, rock & roll and anywhere else you find it.

Dirty converse mostly applies to school boys and girls. Older people mostly don't like dirty converse. They like to clean them. Although some older people prefer them dirty and some younger sometimes clean.

I always though old dirty shoes looked gross... but a few days ago I went shopping with a friend and we went into a shoe store, I picked up the exact same pair I always wear but it was WAY cleaner, that's when I thought, you know? This is way sexxier than any clean pair of shoeseverwill be, right now, those shoes, have writing on the sides of them,dirt amongst other things. DIRTY FTW!
