Seeing the likely file size is good for establishing if the right file type has been chosen and where the best place to save the file may be. Underneath the profile box there is the output box, which can be changed to reflect where the user wants to save the file.
Sometimes videos need specific settings changed and this can be done through the settings window by clicking the button near the profiles box. Options such as the resolution, encoder and even the frame rate may be altered from here. With AVI files there is only one encoder to use, same with the audio encoder. Once the proper settings have been adjusted, clicking OK will close the window.
In order to ensure that the file is saved to the correct directory, check the output path and adjust if necessary. Once all of the files in the list have been checked for settings, click start to begin. Sometimes the process may take awhile, and for that reason there is an option to shut the computer down after the conversions are complete.
