What to cook for a crowd.

A couple of times a month I cook for my fire department.  While pizza or burgers or london broil will suffice, they get a bit boring after awhile.  So we put a little time into planning a delicious meal.   Here are some of our most appreciated menus - feel free to take our ideas and customize them to feed your large group and have fun doing it!

The keys are to have a plan and stick to it..  Then you'll be able to sit and eat with your guests.

Menus!

Always start with a menu!
