Recipe: Diggin' It Nacho Dip - page 12
Hip Tip From: Leanne
The Delightful Idea: She brought this dip with chips to serve at a party when the unexpected happened. Someone at the party started a movement to use the dip as a garnish on the hamburgers! From the sounds of her story this garnishing trend caught on and was a huge success! Who knew?

Hip Tip From: Yours Truly
The Delightful Idea: After hearing Leanne's story about using the Nacho Dip on burgers I thought it would be interesting to try this salsa on my burger. It's quite nice!
Recipe: Daring Meat Loaf - page 82
Hip Tip From: A Cook-a-Palooza cookbook owner
The Delightful Idea: This customer shared that she made the meat loaf, cut it into small squares and served it on crackers with diced tomatoes and parsley on top. Apparantly the members at her skating club really enjoyed it!

The Delightful Idea: While demonstrating my Apple-Curry Chicken recipe he suggested making this dish using fresh ripe peaches and peach jam. I've tried it and it totally works!

The Delightful Idea: Omit the mixed beans (if you don't like mixed beans).

The Delightful Idea: The red pepper pineapple salsa portion of this recipe can be served on its own in a carved out pineapple with tortilla chips.

The Delightful Idea: For her dinner parties she has made both of this pizza and the Dy-no-mite Mango Chicken Pizza, cut them into small squares and served them as appetizers.

The Delightful Idea: For a few of my cooking demonstrations I have substituted cooked mild Italian sausage for the shrimp and have omitted the spinach.
