The name of the cookie is what you can expect for a flavor explosion in your mouth. Each individual recipe is worked and tweaked and not presented on the website until they are perfected to ensure the best cookie recipes for our patrons. Every recipe is tested and the cookies from scratch place a quality on the name of the company.
We also strive to use good ingredients in each cookie recipe such as home made brown sugar, sauces, toppings, fillings and fresh fruit to develop the best cookies you would only expect from a cookie store. Many from scratch cookies are offered and currently there are about 40 flavors to choose from.
You can order cookies online for yourself, for a party, for your business or you can send cookies to a loved one who is sick, lonely or away at college. You are only limited by your imagination with what you can do with us. There are many choices we have to offer as gift ideas for your loved ones or possibly, your clients. There are more than cookies to be offered as a dessert, we offer gourmet breads and cakes as desserts for your guests when you want to shake it up a little. All of my dessert recipes are from scratch too and you can taste a difference.
Since I have been displeased with the quality of cookies in my area I started a bakery online to provide a service for people who don't have the time to bake gourmet desserts but still want to wow their guests with home made cookies using my recipes from scratch. I hope you enjoy what you see and that I have inspired you to go for the best cookie recipe and realize it doesn't always have to be overboard expensive.

'Smores Cookie Cups
Don't you just love 'smores? That warm, ooey gooey chocolate and marshmallow around a campfire. Wouldn't you just love to have them all year long? Now you can. And they're bite size. My own graham flavored cookie cup filled with home-made marshmallow sauce and topped with melted chocolate. A perfect snack packaged in a way that you can eat whenever you want now that you've found a specialty store for them. This quickly became a favorite. Just check out that glistening chocolate and imagine that flavor combination.

Eclair Cookie Cups
Chocolate eclairs are another pastry favorite of many people. The chocolate on top with rich vanilla custard filling in a pastry for the perfect dessert. I know they are one of my favorite desserts. How about in the form of a bite size cookie cup. They are easy to eat and they taste wonderful. My own graham flavored cookie filled with rich, home-made vanilla custard and topped with melted chocolate. You might want to refrigerate these cookies. They taste even better when they are cold.

Fluffernutter Cookie Cups
I love peanut better and fluff sandwiches. That combination of peanut butter and fluff is almost like they were meant for each other. They can get sticky and messy and get in your hair. A tasty treat but tricky to clean. Let me handle the cleaning for you. Cookie cups...Peanut butter cookie cups filled with home-made marshmallow sauce. Another hit as soon as they were available. Check them out! You can't see them and NOT want any.
The Essence of Home-Made Ingredients
All of my cookie recipes are home-made and made from scratch. The cookie for my cups was developed over time to maintain its shape and softness while giving a taste of graham. The vanilla custard in the Eclair cookies is also made from scratch and very difficult to get right but it is well worth the taste you get from it. That marshmallow for the S'mores and the Fluffernutter is also done from scratch to maintain top quality products and work to eliminate preservatives and additives. Enjoy!

- I would love to add marzipan as well. I love marzipan, A LOT! Unfortunately, it's expensive and I need to make sure there is a market for it so I don't lose money. Not many people are familiar with it around here and may be a difficult sell. Doesn't mean I won't make any for myself. = )

- Great for travel. Many of my customers who don't like things very sweet really like the eclairs because the custard is rich but not overly sweet and compliments the chocolate. They have just the right amount of sweetness.
