How to Store Cookies
1. Most cookies can be kept in an airtight container.2. To help keep your cookies crisp, add two sugar cubes to the container of cookies.
3. Cookies decorated with dairy products should be stored in the refrigerator. Non-decorated baked cookies and baked cookies decorated with non-dairy products do not have to be stored in the refrigerator.
4. Store different flavored cookies separately. If you store them together the flavors can mix.
5. Store cookies when they are completely cold. Storing cookies when they are warm can make the cookies stick together.
6. Most cookies can be frozen and thawed on short notice. However, cookies taste best when just baked.
7. Store soft and crisp cookies separately. If you store soft and crisp cookies together the crisp cookies will become soft.
8. Store "bars" in an airtight container or store in the pan that the bars were baked in. Cover the pan with foil or a lid.

- Missing from your list is my alltime favorite Christmas cookie...Springerle. They're anise-flavored white cookies...crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside. My mother brought her recipe with her from Switzerland and these holiday cookies were one of the hightlights of the Christmas season when I was a kid.
