A little elegant china to brighten up a room

Thank you for visiting my lens!

In the last year something interesting has happened to me.  I've slowly (Well.....Maybe not slowly) become addicted to esate sales & auctions.  Luckily for me I live in a small town in South Carolina, where there are abundant amounts of them.  Also luckily for me living in the South gives me great access to vintage items.  If you were to look inside my house you'd probably faint from all the stuff thats inside it.  Now, when I say stuff thats exactly what I mean. Lots and lots of STUFF!  Since estate sales offer me an opportunity to get great deals for all this STUFF(hehe), I just can't resist the good buy.  About half of my collection is for me. The other half I sell (hey, I gotta pay for all this stuff somehow).

One of my favorite items to collect is china.  Needless to say I collect a lot for one person.

I sell a moderate portion of my findings.  Because I'm able to get such great deals on these pieces, I can pass the savings on to the buyer.  I've opened an ebay store called Cookie's Grab Bag.

It has everything under the sun (Remember lots of stuff). But since you found me in this page, chances are you are an avid fan of China & Dinnerware, such as myself.

In this lens you will find some small samplings of pieces that I sell.  Granted, you might find wider selections with the big boys but I defy you (I'm defying you now!) to find better prices.

Go ahead and take a look at my store and see if something strikes your fancy.  While you're there take a look at my feedback. It's none to shabby if I do say so myself.

Creamers and Sugar Bowls

"Have a spot of tea!" Make sure to read that in a British accent. It sounds SO much better.

Here is a small sampling of some beautiful creamers and sugar bowls that I just love. Can't you just picture using these while having a cup of tea or fresh coffee while gazing at the beautiful countryside.

The Serving Platter as the Centerpiece

Ahh, the centerpiece. The most important piece of china you can own. It's what everybody stares at when they're eating at the dining table. Everybody's thinking "let me finish eating this so I could have the last brownie that everybody is staring at" (C'mon admit it).

Needless to say, a beautiful serving platter does wonders. I have some lovely platters from a variety of makers. I have platters from Noritake, Yamaka, and Hutschenreuther(don't worry I can't pronounce it either).

Tea Kettles & Pots

Is there anything more elegant than a tea kettle. It just epitomizes high class. Its design looks like a hybrid of a creamer and a cup.

Wide Selection of tea kettles

Here is a wide variety of tea kettles. Some of which aren't mine, but I won't it against them.
