Hey everybody, it's 'The Old Troll' here. Cooking happens to be one of my many passions in life, and I assume it's one of yours, otherwise you wouldn't be here. I spend my share of time in the kitchen just like you, but my favorite way to cook is outdoors; on the Weber, or over an open fire.

Now this lens is all about sharing recipes. My goal here, is to share 3-4 recipes per week. However, there will be times when my busy schedule just won't allow it. That's where the rest of you come in. I'm hoping that those of you who stop by for a visit will share some of your recipes with the rest of us. I'm really looking forward to seeing what you have to share, and I can't wait to try some of your recipes.

If you have a cooking tip or a time saving idea that has made your life in the kitchen easier, by all means, share it with the rest of us!

If you happen to be looking for cookbooks, please take a look at my website, www.cookbooksrus.com. I currently have 74 cookbooks for sale containing over 18,650 recipes. I also have some free cookbooks available. You will find links to both at the bottom of this page.

Thank you so much for stopping by! I look forward to trying some of your recipes!

PS: Happy Cooking!

Thank God spring isn't too far away. I've really gotten tired of winter this year. I love camping, fishing, and cooking outdoors so I'm more than ready for warm weather. In the near future I plan to reveal some recipes from one of my grill cookbooks.
