Let's share recipes!
Hey everybody, it's 'The Old Troll' here. I don't know about you, but I love to cook almost as much as I love to eat! My favorite time to cook is, well, anytime! I really do love to cook in the summertime, because I love to cook on the grill and over an open fire.
This lens is all about sharing recipes. I would prefer to post a recipe every day. However, due to my very busy schedule, there may be days when I'm just not able to make a post.
On Sundays I will choose a 'Recipe of the Week' from all of the recipes posted during the week. This includes any recipes posted by you, the reader.
I'm counting on you to share your recipes with me as well, and with the rest of the online world. I look forward to learning more about cooking and trying some new and different recipes.
If you have a good tip or time saving idea that will make life in the kitchen easier, by all means, share it with the rest of us!

Today's Feature
1 can crushed pineapple
1 large box vanilla pudding
1 large container whipped topping
Combine all three together just as they are. Put into a serving dish and refrigerate.

The problem is that we live in such a fast-paced world and sometimes we do things without thinking about the consequences, simply because we're in such a hurry. Hello.... I have never talked to you before but I have my own recipie..... It is for a Banana and Strawberry smoothie
You will need
Strawberries (Just estimate hoew much you will need by how any serves you are going to do)
Rasberries
1 Banana
1 blender
Vanilla Ice- cream (Optional)
Ice(Also Optional)
Just add these together into the Blender or mixing bowl after cutting off the green tops of the strawberries, removing the skin off of the Banana and washing both the strewberries and Rasberries ......
Then mix and Enjoy!! lol

This weeks selection is:
Chicken & Broccoli Fettucine Alfredo
1 pint heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1-1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 bag frozen broccoli
1# fettucine pasta
Directions
Fill a dutch oven 2/3 full of water and bring to a boil. Add a little oil and salt to the water. Add pasta. Boil for 8 minutes, drain & set aside. Bring water to a boil in a second dutch oven and cook broccoli for 5-8 minutes or to desired tenderness, drain & set aside. In another pan, bring water to a boil and add chicken breasts. Cook until tender, then remove and cut into pieces. In a medium saucepan combine whipping cream, butter or margarine, and cheese. Cook over medium heat until smooth. Remove from heat. Add chicken, broccoli, & pasta.
