Building a Lego Fort is a Blast for Kids and Adults Alike
One of my favorite Christmas present growing up was a lego fort kit known as legorado. It was a western style fort that had cowboys with guns, horses, and of course wild west bandits.
I can't remember any of the other gifts I received that year for Christmas because I was literally enthralled with my lego fort for hours. When dinner finally rolled around my parents had to practically pry me away from the lego set and back to reality at the dinner table.
It wasn't anything special, just some blocks and a lot of imagination, but that lego fort supplied hours and hours of entertainment.

You Can Be a Kid Again Playing With Legos
Building a lego fort doesn't have to be something that's only for kids.
I'm not ashamed to admit that I get excited to see my younger relatives during the holidays to play with their toys and lego sets, which brings me back to my early childhood.
Since my first lego fort set I've gotten things like lego spaceships, lego jungle sets, and even built a lego cruise ship. All of these were pretty cool, but none could replace my original fort. Kind of reminds me of Toy Story and Woody, the original toy.
