Cool Superbowl Recipe Ideas
When the big game is ready to begin you want to have enough food on hand to feed the hungry appetites. there are many cool Superbowl recipe ideas to choose from. This featured recipe below is for some great Touchdown sliders than will be as big a score as any touchdown during the game.

Recipe Directions:
Quick and Easy Touchdown Sliders
- Serves: 8
- Prep Time: 5 minutes
- Total Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 American cheese slices cut into 1/4s
- 8 halved slices bacon
- 1 small diced onion
- 1 egg
- 16 sliders-size buns (or regular buns cut into 1/4s)
- Any other toppings you like on your sliders (eg pickles or mustard)
Instructions
Combine the egg, onion, ground beef and garlic using your hands or a wooden spoon.
Shape this mixture into 8 patties using cold hands then chill for 30 minutes.
Chilling helps the patties hold together better but omit this if you don't have time.
Fry the bacon then drain off the fat.
Saute the patties in the skillet until they are cooked through.
Serve them on the buns with the bacon, as well as some cheese and your favorite toppings.
