Lookout, World! Anything But Ordinary Computer Dust Covers ~ Muy Caliente!
Well, my partner and I are hoping that they will be very hot and everyone will love them! After sitting in front of my laptop one day and noticing how much dust it had all over it, I thought to myself, 'Self, you should be covering your laptop every time that you aren't using it. Dust and dog hair and who knows what else is drifting around and settling on and then inside your computer. And haven't we noticed that it hasn't been running especially good lately?' I then did some research about dust and computers and wow, it kind of scared me. I don't have money to go buy a new computer so I knew I needed to take better care of the one that I have. I found out that when dust and pet hair, etc. accumulates inside your computer and accessories, it can make them get hot. And while hot is good when you are describing something you like, it's not good when you are talking about the inside of your computer. So I decided I would have to do something about a cover - so I tossed a kitchen dish towel on my laptop. Problem solved, right? Well, kind of, but of course this cover looked a bit sloppy and I had to rearrange and tuck to make sure that it covered everything. After about a week or so of tucking and at least coming up with a cuter dish towel, I looked at the cover one day and thought to myself, 'Hmmm...if I just made a couple of straight stitches here and there, I could get this towel to stay on without all the tucking and it would also look better.' I mulled that over for another week or so - not being a seamstress and/or having a sewing machine. The Magic Begins

Trying to be Anything But Ordinary...
My first design was nice and we were happy with it. But as I begin to look around, more patterns and designs jumped out at me. So now the covers are made in pink and brown polka dots, oriental designs, dog bones, and more! The more I shop around, the more fabric I find I just have to have to make into covers. It's a lot of fun! So What Do We Have?
