It just has to be hard for Moms' to keep up with these smart kids who are geniuses at Internet Travel and who can tell you exactly what is hot and what is not.  It just has to be hard to follow all the trends and keep your sanity too!  My guess to keeping up is to play the game.  Yes Yes to all the above with your kids and then keep them guessing on what comes next.

 The other day I was shopping at Costco's and could not believe what even this discount store was asking for simple jeans for kids.  Rediculous was the first thing that came to me.  But, if this is as cheap as it gets what is a Mom to do. Maybe they wont grow so fast this next year or Heaven Forbid, a new style wont hit the Internet or what the kid next door is wearing.  It is hard enough to keep up with all the new gadgets that are so necessary to make it all happen that food and clothes go way down the list of "must have's", but, without them things do get dismal.
