My sister has always said that there are some people in this life who have no ability to deal with stress. She also classifies me as one of those people. I guess that is why I try to live a very relaxed lifestyle at all times. It just makes life so much more pleasant to live ;)

Well it is good advice to try to live a relaxed lifestyle :) Thank you for your visit. Hugs

Living with back pain is difficult and challenging. I'm getting the free book. Thanks for this lens - as I get older I wonder if I will fall and break a hip or something. It's a concern.

I agree, I lived with back pain and bilateral sciatica in both legs and it certainly was a major cause of stress for me until I found things to help both the pain and the stress. I found I had to tackle both. I hope the book helps you. Gentle Hugs

Louise L Hay says that one of the causes of back pain is that the sufferer does not feel supported in their life
Another little known cause is geopathic stress (see stress facts lens)

I used to have back problems years ago and I know that it can be very painful whether you are sitting down, lying down or standing up. You provided a lot of great information that should be very beneficial.

Great resource. You've spent some time on this, it's clear, and have covered a great deal of territory on the subject. Will recommend it to people I know who suffer from more-or-less constant back pain.

It is very important to know the cause of whatever pain a person is going through in order to prevent or control it.

Wonderful lens! I especially liked the section on the Grateful Diary. I also do the same each day but just mentally, don't write it down. Putting it down on paper is a good idea.

This lens is cool! 5 stars!

It's really hard to be out of stress when a person is in pain.. much like when a person has tinnitus.

As a fellow sufferer I support what you're doing here in making this information available. 5 stars. More people should see this lense. I'll lensroll this one (as soon as I find out how to do that).
