Natural Cure For Bad Breath
Some people put their trust in home remedies as cures, others do not. It's a free country, so everyone is free to make up their own mind as to whether they choose to use home remedies or not.
As to whether they actually work, that is up to the user to decide. This is not a home remedy for bad breath that I have tried myself, but, looking at the ingredients, it looks believable.
That said, the remedy is as follows:
The juice of a fresh lemon, squeezed and taken as a drink, twice a day. Lemon is a good household cleanser too. It is good for de scaling kettles, for instance. If it tastes too bitter for you, try adding a sweetener, such as honey.
I am not saying it will work, but it might be worth a try, just to see what lemon mixed with honey tastes like.
As to whether they actually work, that is up to the user to decide. This is not a home remedy for bad breath that I have tried myself, but, looking at the ingredients, it looks believable.

- Some excellent information here. I like the stuff about drinking plenty of water especially, because so many people don't drink enough of the stuff (they prefer coffee instead).

- You have some nice info here. My breath use to be pretty stinky, but ever since I started brushing my tongue more it helped quite a bit.

- Thanks for visiting and commenting. I too was truly amazed at how much fresher my breath smelt when I used a tongue scraper for the first time. It does make that much difference.
I read somewhere that it is better for your oral health to use a good tongue scraper rather than buy a cheaper one.
