I am getting healthier and healthier every day. It is a top priority. However, I do need to strengthen my core. The workouts that I normally do are not focused on core muscles. Thanks for reminding me of the importance. I can make those adjustments and I will be better off for having done so.

I've slacked a little bit in 2011 with regards to regular exercise, but overall, I've been able to get moderate exercise. I like working my core and abdominal which seem to be in good shape.

Your write ups about each piece of equipment are so thorough. I currently go to a gym but, if I were to look for home core and abdominal trainers, I'd go with your recommendations.
