    I make salsa and guacamole all of the time and regularly add corn or beans to both, not until now have I ever thought of making both into a salsa. Odd. But thanks for the notion!

    I love salsa recipes that don't rely heavily on tomatoes or other fruits. It also makes good toppings for baked potatoes and vegetarian fajitas.
