Work with your corporate function event planners and manage your event by creating a personalized web page using over 60 different multimedia applications for free.

This free web page will act as an online invitation for your guests, contain your task manager and budget manager applications to help you work with your event planners, and can later be turned into a reminder of the event (and may even be used by your corporate function event planners as part of their portfolio).

Set up this web page to display all details of the function as well as photos, videos and audio clips that are relevant to the function.

Once you have done this send out an email telling people to visit the web page to learn more and to reply. You can also send out event reminders as it gets closer to the time or even have a countdown on the web page so people see how soon it is until the event.
