As a former manager in a Fortune 500 company, I recognize the value of corporate gifts as a vehicle to gain business ties, connect with clients, and send your message of giving thanks. As a people manager, is part of your effort to make your employees feel they are valued as part of the company.
But my experience has taught me that getting the right corporate gift for the right occasion can be a challenging task. Not because there are not options, but because there are too many.
