Cosmic Meditation - Connection to the Cosmic Consciousness

Meditation is not something you should work on for a short period of time each day. Meditation is the natural way of living your life. Cosmic meditation actually involves all of our levels of consciousness at every moment of our life.

Cosmic meditation is the constant awareness of the existence. It actually much simpler to do than it sounds. When we learn to focus our attention on the existence of the Self it will flood every aspect of our life with consciousness.

Cosmic Meditation - The Simplest Way to Practice

The easiest way to practice Cosmic meditation is practicing what they call self-inquiry, Gurjief called it self remembering, Ramana Maharshi called it atma vichara etc.

You need to pay attention to what is feels like "I" inside of you as often as you can. That "I" is always here. You remember the same "I" when you were a child. The same "I" is here no matter how hard and difficult life situation your are in. In any situation that feeling that notion of "I" is always here. All you need to do to pay attention to it.

If you keep pointing your attention as often as you can, I promise soon you will experience a conscious shift.
