Take the time to find out what makes your heart sing. This is like choosing the catalog you want to order from.
Imagine yourself as the you who has this. This imagining should make you feel good. If it doesn't, stop and figure out what's not right and correct for it. For instance, if you are imagining yourself in a new house, but then you feel bad because you're afraid you can't afford it, add into the scenario that it's amazing how everything worked out so you can easily afford it. Lose yourself in the good feeling until it feels "done." This is like flipping through the catalog to see what you want, so play with it!
Decide you want this! This is very important. The act of making the decision places your order.
Then let it go. You've placed your cosmic order, you're done! Go do something else (preferably, something else that feels good.)

Barbel Mohr

Barbel Mohr is a German writer who published the original book The Cosmic Ordering Service in 1998. The book's English version was moderately popular until 2005, when UK TV personality Noel Edmonds (Deal or No Deal) attributed his TV comeback to Cosmic Ordering. Since then, she's expanded the English section of her website and more of her books are availble in English, including Cosmic Ordering: The Next Adventure.

Her approach to Cosmic Ordering is, in my opinion, just about perfect. Her fun and breezy writing style seems to be a challenge to translators, but on the whole her delightfully irreverent attitude shines through.
