Property for sale in Costa Blanca

For seemingly an eternity the east coast of Spain been a very popular tourist trap, particularly for the British. So many of us have descended upon the area for a few short weeks, found it quite irresistible and decided to stay, whether buying a holiday home, or making it their retirement retreat. They have done this for so many reasons, amongst which are of course the ubiquitous sandy beaches and of course the sun. The Costa Blanca is a sun-worshipper's paradise!

Costa Blanca Resorts

Looking at property on the Costa Blanca, here are two great places you might like to consider:

Denia is located at a northerly point on the Costa Blanca, slightly to the south of Valencia. It is just at the foot of the imposing mountain of Montgo. It has some fantastic stretches of coast, with lots of sandy beaches to the north, and rocky inlets to the south.

To the south of denia is found the village of Xabia, a little old fishing village. Xabia is home to many tiny streets, which make it a walker's paradise. A pictureque little town, quite charming making it an ideal little get-away, whilst never been too far from the major centres.
