Creative design

For those of you using Koloron art fabric for School Plays and Panto's take a close look at this dress. It epitomises the Art of creative costume making.
This amazing garment was created by a German art student and was made of washed fabric. Washing Koloron changes its feel without affecting its strength. It becomes softer to the touch and gathers better, ideal for floaty costumes for the heroine and padded or quilted garments.
At our school we have been working with Koloron for some time now and have tried many different techniques of manufacturing really elaborate costumes and stage sets. Often we work with washed Koloron and find it easy to use and a delight to colour, in fact painting clothes seems an odd idea until you do it and realise the speed and effectiveness of the results.
