If you're like me, it's the one in front of you at the moment. But I do have some I have really learned to love over the years -- those that combine beauty with magnificent fragrances such as irises and carnations, and roses -- and those that are just beautiful, such as the pansy. Pansies also bring back memories of my grandmother, who had them planted in her yard. I now try to plant some in my yard each year in her honor.

So, I guess the question should not be what your favorite flower is, because this lens would be way too long if I listed all the possibilities. So I shall name some of my favorites and ask which of them you like best of the bunch. If I didn't mention your very favorite, feel free to give it equal time in the comments.

    We share the same favorite flower, I love irises, most particularly the Dutch Iris sometimes called the Blue Flag here in Australia.

So far I don't have an iPad, but if I ever do, it will have flowers on the case. The only problem will be deciding which ones.
