    A friend gave me this affermation she had found in a book.
    "I love and approve of myself.
    I recognise my own true worth.
    I am wonderful."
    She suggested I make up a tune and sing it at least 10 times a day. So I did.
    Wow. Within a week I felt better and by the end of the month my attitude was really, really good. It certainly changed the vibrations I was putting out because people began to respond differently to me. If I hadn't experienced it I would have said it was all hocus pocus. Do try it.

    Affirmations on good things and good message will send positive vibrations. I believe in affirmations.

    Favorite affirmation: Love is all there is.
    I've been using affirmations for years and they do make a big difference.
