We are are Cr8 (Create) Health & Fitness, and that is what we do, help people create health and fitness in their lives. Our passion is to work with people who want to make a positive change in the way they look and feel, free to be active and enjoy the type of life a healthy body and mind offers. Rather than a "cookie cutter" approach to fitness, we assess your needs and actively work with you to develop and design a program that works for you.

I know where you are, because I have been there. I was obese, tired all the time, and on the road to heart disease and diabetes. I couldn't even begin to keep up with my two small kids, and I was pretty disgusted with myself. Competitive athletics were far behind me, and it was getting tougher to even play hoops in my pickup league without hurting for days afterwards. Enough was enough. Live to be 100? I'd be lucky to hit 50 at this rate!

Fast forward two years, and I am 80 pounds lighter, my wife tells me I look a lot younger, and I feel like a new man. How did I get to where I am today? In a word - work! There are no shortcuts to losing the fat - It is a combination of smart training, smart nutrition and the right information. That's why we started Cr8 Health & Fitness, to help provide the tools you need to start your own journey to a healthier lifestyle.
