3 Simple Steps to Burning More Fat in Less Time

When trying to lose weight, don't get overwhelmed with all the information available. And don't try to change everything at once.

Too many people go from doing nothing to starving themselves and exercising two hours a day every day. This isn't necessary. Work your way into it.

Here are three simple steps to get you started and help you crack the fat loss code

1. Stay away from sugary snacks.

Sugary snacks are convenient and available. They also cause a sugar rush and you go from high sugar (and a burst of artificial energy) to low sugar (resulting in sluggishness) from the insulin surge.

This is a big reason so many people are tired all the time.

Simply eliminate sugary snacks and you'll see your energy levels and mood improve.

2. Reduce Your Calories Gradually

If you decide to lose weight, don't start a severe diet the next day and drastically reduce your calories. Instead, reduce them slowly over time. Decrease your calorie intake by small amounts every week or two.

This will keep your metabolism humming along at an efficient pace, as well as allow you to adapt and make it less likely that you'll feel starved all the time.

3. Vary Your Caloric Intake

Once you get down to the calorie level you want, be sure to have a couple of higher calorie days every week. This, too, will help keep your metabolism revving, as well as make it easier for you to stick to your lower calorie days.

You'll burn more fat and crack the fat loss code easier this way than trying to suppress your calorie intake for long periods of time.

Put these three fat burning tips into your every day routine and you'll feel better, healthier, and have an easier time sticking to your weight loss program.

4 Simple Steps to Weight Loss That Stays Off

1. Eat a healthy meal or snack every few hours

Two of the biggest reasons people go off their nutrition program are too starvation diets (too few calories every day) and going too long between meals, which cause starvation and a binge on unhealthy foods, sabotaging all your great efforts.

By having a small meal or snack every few hours you can overcome these two big obstacles and keep yourself on track.

2. Get on a Sleep Schedule

Try and go to sleep and get up about the same time every day. You'll feel healthier, more energetic and your body will run more efficiently if you do this. This is one reason people feel bad on Monday's.

The weekend got their body way out of wack because of a big change in its sleep schedule.

3. Don't Eliminate Your Fat Intake

A lot of people drastically reduce their fat intake when they try to lose weight. This is a big mistake. Our body needs fat to survive and run efficiently. You should try and get 20% - 30% of your calories from your fat intake.

Consider taking a healthy fat oil such as Udo's Oil Blend or Flaxseed Oil.

You can also get Omega 3 fish oil capsules (most of us get too much Omega 6 in our diet relative to Omega 3).

4. Go Wild Every So Often

What I mean is, every once in awhile reward yourself. This doesn't mean go out and become the poster child for gluttony. It can go a long way toward your mental state and motivation to allow yourself a treat now and again. It will also help keep you on track.

If you tell yourself you're never going to have a Big Mac again, you're immediately going to crave one.

But if you know you get a special meal once a week or every two weeks, you can discipline yourself to wait.

It makes everything easier.

Put these 4 fat burning tips into your every day routine and you'll feel better, healthier, and have an easier time sticking to your program and losing the weight you want.
