Cracking the Code to Your Life

To me, intuition, gut instinct, vibes are code.
What do I mean by that? One definition for code from the online dictionary is: "Computers. to translate (a program) into language that can be communicated to the computer. "

To paraphrase, a code is something condensed, small, that may be in images like hieroglyphics or alphabet letters or numbers or be in computer chips that can be read only by a computer.

Cracking the code for your self and your life
or-your mission should you choose to accept it
comes in four parts:

1. finding the psychic or intuitive clues, messages, metaphors, maps, paths, stories, tales, trails, pointers, links, feelings, fables, allegories, glyphs, symbolism and so forth that appear in your life moment to moment;

2. following those clues, maps, paths, and links;

3. finding the messages meant for you

and

4. making sense of those messages so they help guide and support you.

Other Words for It: Interpreting

Vibes about it, Gut Instinct, "I've Got This Feeling"

A tune keeps popping into your head. A friend's name and the thought of him or her comes up and lead you to remembering or wondering... The phone rings and its that friend.

You're walking down the street and a number jumps out at you. Why that number? Is it a time or a date? The more you work with your codes, the more you'll get to know what they mean.

If you don't understand something, try playing with it. Say, "Light on!" Wait and listen. See if information comes to you.

There are people who've practiced decoding things all their lives. They're good at it. To them, even though it's not logical or rational, it makes sense. You can do it too. All you have to do is practice. Making a commitment to learning about yourself can help, too. So can journaling.

This lens has been created to help you to develop your sixth sense. Have fun with it. Play. Look at the clouds. Can you see messages or images there? Try it. That's a great way to start. Go to more of my art images. Allow them to speak to you. Ask them questions and see what comes. Enjoy it.

Don't be afraid to make mistakes, either. Keep at it. It's like any other skill. It doesn't come all at once. And if you're really into it, there are some things that can jumpstart or help you surge ahead: becoming a Reiki practitioner, taking even a Level 1 CCT class, and attending workshops where you learn about what it means to be psychic, intuitive or six sensory.

Everything is composed of energy. We have energy and are energy, and that energy can be "read" for information (intuition) and used toward having more productive future outcomes (healing).

We all possess the innate ability to analyze and move energy, but most of us have suppressed it. We have all sorts of rules we live by and definitions that keep us trapped by our thoughts. But there is a way to be free of that, and there are systems, training, and books that can enable us to become more effective in our lives, whether it's in business, love, health, happiness, rejuvenation, or weight loss, or to help ourselves or others heal and change.

One of those ways is Reiki, the secret medicine of many blessings. It is intrinsically relaxing, and as many healers including physical therapist Marion Rosen says, "Relaxation is the gateway to awareness."

But this lens master's favorite way to awareness and conscious evolution is to use Crystalline Consciousness Technique or CCT for individuals or groups. You can have a session by phone, or in person. No disrobing involved.

Let's try to decode the following:

Your mother, friend, teacher or a stranger says you must exercise to be healthy.

There are all sorts of codes in that sentence.

Whatever you connect to has meaning for you. Maybe the meaning or message is about what you could do today. Or in the future.

Let's look at two words: exercise and healthy.

Maybe the message is about something new to try that you never heard of or thought about using as "exercise."

Maybe there's a whole different meaning to exercise that you'll be connected to, for instance, you could exercise your intuition. What does exercise mean in that case?

When I googled the word, "exercise," I was taken to an article written by someone with my first name and the first initial of my last name! (Or at least, that's what I noticed at the time). In a way, I was doing an exercise when I googled the word.

If you want, consider the word, healthy. Google it or look it up. Notice what thoughts pop into your head about this word, now. What is inside you right now when you read or think about the word, "healthy?"

Follow it-it's a clue inside you. Allow the clues or messages to take you somewhere-to meaning or messages-to move you for a few moments, to direct your attention.

What do you discover about the word, about you, about your thoughts?

Another part of this game is to listen. Listen now for clues, messages and meanings about exercise and health. What pops into your head? OR, maybe you'll hear these from a friend, a speaker on the radio or television, or the words of a song.

Or maybe, for you, it's not about exercise and healthy, its about something else on this page or lens or in Squidoo.

There's not a wrong or right way. It's your way and any way is okay. Or not. It's all up to you and the little decoder you have inside.

Happy trails, adventures, meanderings, trackings, decipherings.

Psyche.

Intuition is the apparent ability to acquire knowledge without inference or the use of reason.Oxford English Dictionary ?The word ?intuition' comes from the Latin word 'intueri', which is often roughly translated as meaning ?to look inside' or ?to contemplate'."Carlin Flora. "Gut Almighty". Psychology Today. Vol 40. Issue 3:68-75,2007 Intuition provides us with beliefs that we cannot necessarily justify. For this reason, it has been the subject of study in psychology, as well as a topic of interest in the supernatural. The "right brain" is popularly associated with intuitive processes such as aesthetic abilities.Converting Words into Pictures--Reading Comprehension Guide--Academic SupportLeft/Right Processing.Right-Brain Hemisphere. Some scientists have contended that intuition is associated with innovation in scientific discovery.Gerald Holton, Yehuda Elkana. Albert Einstien: Historical and Cultural Perspectives, Dover Publications, July 1997, p.97. ISBN 0486298795 "The workings of intuition transcend those of the intellect, and as is well known, innovation is often a triumph of intuition over logic."
