I love tutorials and crafts. This is my library of tutorials I would like to do some day. I am always crafting and reading crafty blogs. I mark the ones I'd like to do and save them in a file but I thought making a squid-page Library might be more beneficial as I could share it with others and others can share with me those I've yet to find.

This is a fun and funky tutorial to help you make a pair of kids pants out of the sleeves of a wool sweater. I used a pair of 18-mos-sized sweatpants as a pattern, and adjusted for length to fit my tall 2-1/2-year-old. The sweater I used is at least an adult XL with long, raglan sleeves. - Awesome Live Living Project to do with your children. Terrariums date back to Victorian times when explorers would bring back exotic plants and needed somewhere hot and humid to keep them alive. The terrariums I remember best were the ones from my youth- they were as ubiquitous in the 70s as the dreaded macrame wall hanging. It's not too hard to take something like the terrarium and put a modern twist on it since plants never go out of fashion, but the containers people used in the 70s (remember the brandy snifter? the giant water jug?) seem a little dated now.
