Are you a crafty mom?? Or are you wondering what a crafty mom.. Well, that's easy to answer. A crafty mom is a mom that loves to make hand crafted items. Wheather it be sewing, knitting, crochet, candles, making dolls and so. The list is endless. If it's something you make by hand then you're a crafty mom.

Hoilday Ideas..

With the Hoilday season here what will you be doing. Do you still want to give gifts like you normally would, times are pretty hard right now. If you are like me you will be making most of not all of your gifts well YCMT has a great little idea going for this season called "Thrifty Under Fifty!" (can be found at their blog: YCMT Blog). The round about idea is that they will be help 50 people work on gift ideas that will run under $50. I think that this is such a great idea with times being hard for everyone. And what so great their site that it's not only about sewing it's for alot more crafts then that.

So if you would like to get some great ideas or just to sew what everyone will be up to, keep a eye on their blog. I know I will be since I didn't make it in the top 50.

Sewing

Well, I have been doing alot of sewing here the past few months for my two little ones and have been having fun. I just love the look on their face when they see what mom has made for them. And ofcourse with all of the sewing I have been doing alot of shopping, fabric & patterns. In the past couple of weeks I have gotten my hands on a few European patterns. Well, I must say that I'm in love with them. I even bought a subcription of Ottobre mag.
