Cranberry Chicken

Ranked #19,202 in Food & Cooking, #342,733 overall

This has got to be the easiest recipe ever. Yet it is so elegant you can serve it to all your guests. It is one of my family's favorites.

Make it in the morning or the night before for a quick meal when you get home from work. Make enough for several meals and freeze it. It's a perfect quick meal when you are in a hurry. Serve on simple rice with some green beans and you have the perfect meal.

Ingredients

Chicken pieces - I like to use boneless/skinless breasts. Makes life easier

I can of whole cranberries
8 oz. Creamy French Dressing - the bright orange kind
1 packet dry onion soup

Put it all together

Pre heat your oven to 350 degrees

In a large bowl mix all the ingredients except the chicken.

In a 9 x 13 pan, pour 1/2 of the mix into the bottom of the pan.

Add the chicken pieces.

Add the remaining mix over the chicken.

Bake for 30 minutes

Serving Suggestions

1. Serve over rice or couscous. Then pour the sauce over the chicken.
2. Add your favorite vegetable.
3. Serve with a salad with raspberry vinaigrette dressing.
4. Serve Cheese Biscuits with it.

This sounds soo easy and I'll bet it tastes good too - guess I'll find out when I try it later this week on my next night to cook. Thank you.

It is very easy and the best thing is you can put i all together beforehand. You can even freeze it before you even cook it. Make enough to make two meals. Have one for dinner now and one for another night.
