Basic Crepe Recipe

Crepes make a perfect breakfast, lunch, dinner, or snack that everyone loves and cannot get enough of. The good thing about crepes is that they are very versitile because you can fill them with just about anything that you like whether it is sweet or savory. As long a you have the right pan and some simple ingredients you can whip up these crepes in no time. Bon apetite!
Ingredients
2 eggs
3/4 cup of milk
1/2 cup of water
1 cup of flour
3 tabelspoons ov canola oil
1/2 teaspoon sugar (for sweet crepe)
1/2 teaspoon of salt (for savory crepe)
Instuctions
Put all of the ingredients into a medium mixing bowl.
Blend until the batter has a smooth consistency, about 1-2 minutes.
Add a little bit of butter or some nonstick cooking spray to a large, hot frying pan.
Put about 1/4 cup of batter into the pan a time and spread it with the back of a spatula or with handle of the pan.
Cook the crepe for about 1-2 minutes on each side or until light golden brown in color. Repeat cooking process until all the batter has been used.
Fill the crepe with Nutella chocolate spread for a French classic or with anything you like.
