You get 10 patterns for foundation piecing, that you can photocopy and make as many of each as you want. Rotate them in all 4 directions and you get a total of 40 different looks. You also get 12 fabrics (6 velvets and 6 satins), approximately as shown (though we may have to substitute a fabric or two if we run out of something). Play with our kit before you risk your valuable family heirloom scraps. You should have enough fabric to make approximately 4 blocks, but you can also mix them with fabrics you already have.

This antique Crazy quilt measures 70" x 70" and is done in assorted fabrics with each piece edged in gold feather stitch hand embroidery. It has a new muslin backing and black binding, and is hand tied. As with any antique quilt there may be some minor imperfections or slight stains but on the whole this quilt is in very good condition for its age in spite of some fragile fabrics. Like most antique crazy quilts, it is probably more suitable for display than for use. From a smoke-free, pet-free home.
